Our Fire Island Pines open floor plan, 4-bedroom, 2-bath classic 1972 home has been fully renovated for its 53rd birthday!
High on the bluff at Sky Walk, the house offers commanding ocean views because of its unique placement across Ocean Walk from the only two vacant ocean-front lots that can never be built on! Our roof deck is among the highest on the island with unobstructed views of the bay and the ocean -- sunrise and sunset.
The great room benefits from constant sea breezes and two giant ceiling fans. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors bring the sea view into the public space. Large deck facing the ocean, secluded outdoor shower on the back deck. No pool, no hot tub (yet). BBQ grill and spare gas. Vintage wood-burning fireplace for those occasionally chilly nights. Great Wi-Fi. Art-filled great room and bedrooms. Cedar-lined showers in both baths.
All four bedrooms have no shared bedroom walls!

Ten minute walk to tea and town. Height on the dune means constant breezes, awesome views. Home is used by owners for most of the summer, so fully remodeled kitchen and dining areas are well stocked with premium cookware, utensils, serving pieces, etc.
Plenty of beach towels, two large beach umbrellas, eight beach chairs. All you need for a fabulous and gay week at the beach.
